Lanyard Supply
We offer lanyards, otherwise referred to as cable assemblies, retaining wires
or tethers, manufactured from stainless steel wire or one piece nylon.
These lanyards are suitable for retaining quick release pins and removable components,
keeping them safely in place and ready for use.
Lanyard Styles
Wire lanyards are traditionally, but not
exclusively, manufactured from stainless steel wire. It is normal
practice to have the wire coated, commonly in a green nylon jacket,
although other colours are possible to special order. Lanyard lengths up
to 24 inches.
In addition to a wire loop to loop lanyard, the most
common form is either loop to tab or loop to eyelet, in both cases, the
tab or eyelet are in stainless steel. Special options are tab to tab and
eye to eye.
Nylon lanyards are constructed from a tough nylon
material, moulded in various configurations. They provide a low cost
alternative to stainless steel wire lanyards providing a light duty
solution to pin retention.
